Info Tech was founded in the 1970s by two university professors, Dr. James T. McClave and Dr. Thomas P. Rothrock. Initially, the company focused on statistical and economic consulting services for the Florida Attorney General, developing the first computerized methods for detecting collusive behavior in sealed bid markets. As a consequence of this engagement, Info Tech became the pioneer in computerized techniques for detecting fraudulent business behavior in various industries.

Info Tech offers agencies the combined expertise of an AASHTOWare contractor with the reliability and security of a qualified, reputable service provider with more than a decade of experience in providing hosting to highway transportation agencies. Info Tech can host an agency's production environment and/or its implementation environments for testing and training.

Our long standing position of providing software and services to more than 40 state transportation agencies in the U.S. and Canada is an asset we value and foster each day. We have decades of experience in bringing technology to public agencies.

Ms. Hewitt is the Vice President of Consulting for Info Tech, working in the Consulting Division since 1984. Her specialty is the use of statistics to develop solutions to a wide variety of problems. She has extensive experience in litigation services applied to such fields as environmental regulation, antitrust, discrimination, health care management, and business infringement. She has been qualified as an expert witness providing testimony for hearing proceedings and federal court.

Dr. Baldwin is a Project Manager/Senior Consultant for Info Tech. Her specialties include statistical and econometric modeling, regression analysis and mixed models. She has extensive experience in statistical consulting applied to the fields of education, and environmental and animal sciences. Since joining Info Tech, Dr. Baldwin has provided econometric support in the calculation of antitrust damages; she has performed data management, data analysis, and econometric modeling.
