For CEO Marc Neer, InfoManage is the culmination of over 25 years of information technology experience. He drew heavily on his Wall Street background, which included four years at Lehman Brothers building a worldwide database administration support organization.

His career spans across all types and sizes of businesses, from the small business requiring day to day technology support to Wall Street where he managed worldwide technology organizations and projects.

InfoManage possesses a proprietary pricing model, a proprietary support methodology, and the ability to deliver this methodology across diverse environments. Our unique pricing model and support methodology allows us to offer a fixed charge per unit (PC, workstation, server) on a monthly basis. In the InfoManage model, maintaining the appropriate level of support is directly related to the number of units that require support. We then allocate sufficient personnel—at the appropriate time, with the appropriate skill set—to maintain quality support at the contracted service level.
