This page provides an overview of the consulting services, and describes some of my background. There is a significant learning curve in navigating the Internet's vast information resources, and how to use the many software tools to locate and retrieve this information. Too many organizations bring Internet to their employee's workstations, but never provide training. The result is that employees wander aimlessly around the Internet - never finding the information that could help your organization. I have created several of my own Internet courses and have taught over 30,000 professionals since 1994. Clients include: AT&T, UUNET/Verizon, Newbridge Networks, Teleglobe, Bell Atlantic and NASDAQ/NASD. I cover all major internet tools, business uses of the Internet, and can include specific sites of interest to your organization. Courses can be held at your facility, and can be customized to meet your needs (software, users, industry). For ongoing training, I can create very customized course such as "What every ISP employee should know about the Internet".
