ISSOA is a Certified Small Veteran Owned Business concentrating solely on the role as an unbiased, Fully Qualified Navy Certification Agent providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) for accredited Navy sites/system and in turn, assisting with satisfying annually required FISMA/DIACAP Security Controls Testing, System Security Reviews, and Contingency Plan Evaluation and Testing.
