Information Systems Group was founded in 1999 when a core group of three visionary executives recognized that some existing solution providers were failing to respect the primary factor of long-term success for any business - customer service. A system engineer should possess a minimum of two to three years of field experience in effective support and have a plethora of knowledge in technology. This individual should have experience with desktop operating systems and NOS. ISG is willing and interested in mentoring the right candidate in order to gain additional certifications and to continue to develop their technical knowledge.
