One of our clients was confronted with the massive migration of IT services for Denmark's capital city of Copenhagen. The challenge was to accomplish the migration without interrupting services to the city's more than 1.7 million residents or the work of the city's 17,000 computer users.Thanks to the insight provided by our capacity planning, performance management and modeling tools, the migration plan was executed, flawlessly, over one weekend.Another client installed our PerfMan tools and immediately saw that a mainframe expansion project it was about to undertake could be delayed for a year and half with some simple adjustments to processors.
