Brings 20 years of experience in communication skills and personl balance. Her background includes a wide range of experience in both the individual and organizational change field. Sedena has created and developed communications and interpersonal workshops and seminars, and worked in a variety of related fields. In addition she has developed a series of televeision and media projects which focus on environmental and social change and has an impressive background as an on-camera spokes person and an actres with credentials in film, television and theater.

Heidi brings 7 years of training and consulting experience to the team as well as 11 years of management experience in the aerospace industry. As both a consultant and facilitator, she has led hundreds of teams in leadership, team development, strategic planning, corporate vision, and communication skills programs.

Each lesson involves an introduction, a set of easy to follow exercises, some questions and a unique series of quotes and motivational stories designed to be sent out periodically during each lesson period to provide encouragement and motivation to the participants. In addition, the program involves a valuable buddy system and formation of a resource group that promotes a higher level of success, builds stronger interpersonal relationships and promotes better teaming.
