Since joining the History Factory in 2009, Dave has worked with The Hartford, Discover Financial Services, Pfizer, Whirlpool, UniGroup, Lockheed Martin, and Zurich.

The right stories told the right way help people internalize and remember in a way like no other. That's why clients turn to The History Factory to help develop a variety of solutions in support of training and development. As stewards of organizational memory and experts in storytelling, we provide the right content for specific needs. And as program architects, we create customized activities for existing programs or design a new program from scratch.

Finally, we don’t believe that status quo is an option . We continue to adapt to meet the changing needs of our clients, creating new solutions and skill sets. Built and sustained strong team cohesion. The Archival Services team has a combined 30-plus years of experience with the company. It has been extremely rewarding to coach and develop such a tightly knit, highly skilled group of archives practitioners.
