Mr. Gross has focused on the operational aspects of revenue cycle management and technology issues in the hospital and physician arenas, in addition to the technology vendors that serve them. He has experience in financial operations, process re-engineering, staff realignment and development, in addition to interim management and extensive project management expertise. He has also been served as a prime agent in the acquisition and due diligence process.

Founded, Hawkins Contract Services (HCS) in 1997. HCS is a healthcare consulting firm focused on Business Development, Operational Strategy and Operational Infrastructure. HCS has focused on healthcare companies that have strategies employing Internet enabled services, providing financial, medical imaging, medical documentation and other HIT products and services.

Mr. Gross specializes in the operational aspects of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Information Technology and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) within the healthcare industry. His assignments have included development, implementation and management of a wide range of technology-based services in healthcare financial management and reimbursement. He has more than 25 years of experience in technology and revenue cycle operations for hospitals, physicians, payors and financial institutions, in addition to funding and monitoring of healthcare accounts receivable assets.
