Ingenium Partners is a retained executive search firm which provides comprehensive executive search consulting services to privately held, private equity owned, public and non-profit organizations. The firm was founded in 2001 as a certified women-owned business enterprise (WBE).

In essence, the recruiter is an extension of your company to a prospective candidate and the market. I can think of no better person to represent an organization than Susan. Susan has over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry. She established Ingenium Partners in 2001 as a boutique retained executive search firm with the objective of being small by design and working with each client personally throughout the entire search process. She has developed client relationships with large publicly held companies as well small to medium sized organizations in a variety of industries. Her client assignments have covered a wide range of functional areas, with a focus on senior level management and executive positions.

We provide feedback throughout the process to keep our clients informed of relevant market intelligence.

Linda has over 25 years of experience in the executive search industry. She began her career at Grant Cooper & Associates, a retained executive search firm based in St. Louis, where she spent 15 years in research and search consulting. Her industry experience was focused on manufacturing, retail, healthcare and nonprofit organizations with functional emphasis in human resources, finance and marketing.
