InnZen Hospitality, LLC head quartered in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey have been in hotel acquisitions, operations and management for over 20 Years.

Susan oversees the accounting function for the company. She is responsible for working with general managers and operations personnel overseeing financial and cash reporting procedures, approving direct billing and monitoring accounts receivables. Sue has over 15 years of hotel experience having worked as controller, assistant general manager and host of other operational positions for the Courtyard and Comfort Inn brands. Sue lives in Revere Massachusetts.

Shikha focuses on revenue management and sales. Shikha has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry having held management positions in front office, sales and revenue management including Director of Revenue and Vice President of Revenue Management for Marriott and Starwood branded hotels. Shikha earned a BS from the University of Southern New Hampshire and a MBA in Finance from Baruch College in New York City.

Vikram handles accounting and finance as well as food and beverage operations. Vikram’s 20 years of hotel experience includes food and beverage management positions with Hyatt Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, and El Torito Restaurants. He also has experience as a financial, real estate and management consultant. Vikram holds a BS in Hospitality Management from Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi, India, and a MBA in Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University in California. Vikram lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
