All of our products are made from the same wood source and are aged, air dried, toasted and produced at our production facility located in Sonoma, California. This enables us to provide you with continuity of flavor profiles no matter which premium oak flavor delivery system product you choose.

For over 35 years winemakers have used our products to expand their oak spice rack flavor profiles and reduce new barrel cooperage expenses by taking wood to wine rather than the wine to wood. Today we are recognized globally as the premier provider of quality oak adjuncts.

Maintaining long-term relationships in excess of 20 years with our oak suppliers allows us to source the highest quality tight-grain wood available in France and the USA. Our entire product line is manufactured from handpicked French Sessilis Oak and American White Oak.

They retain the skills required to work quickly, efficiently and install up to 500 units of Barrel Innerstave per day. Our crew works with minimum impact on the cellar, allowing winemakers to return to the art of winemaking expediently .
