Description
Sherry is a committed yoga practitioner, teacher and therapist. She brings her personal experience of healing into her work with others allowing each individual’s unique journey inform the creation of a healing practice designed especially for them. She includes breath work, meditation and visualization practices along with traditional and modified yoga postures in her work with others.
