Description
That part of our responsibility at InnerWorks is to educate you about what it truly means to be healthy and live healthy. Our goal is to empower you to make healthy decisions by combining the wisdom of alternative and complementary medicine along with the knowledge gained from scientific medicine. Our unique approach to health and wellness is rooted in our core belief of wholeness and in recognizing that the path to wholeness is not the same for everyone.
We support Wellness and Wholeness. InnerWorks was founded on the principles of integral health. We believe the choices we make in every aspect of our lives can affect the quality of our health and well being. We provide services to support your commitment to health and vitality in every aspect of your life.
Chiropractic has been a healing modality for over 100 years. The original principles are still in use today. The big idea is that if we remove interference with the nervous system, our entire mind-body will have more optimal function. This is because the brain, spine and nerves are designed to control/regulate function of the mind-body and act as communication lines for this regulation process. Removing interference effecting the nervous system (e.g. a pinched nerve) can have wide ranging beneficial effects because the nerves go everywhere in the body!
InnerWorks is dedicated to providing you with highly trained and experienced health care practitioners. As a collective we promise "to listen" and work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized wellness action plan.
By including the physical (biomedical), mental (attitudes, beliefs, thought patterns), emotional (psycho-spiritual), spiritual (connection with divine/source/nature), social (relationships), and as community members (systems influenced participants), we provide assistance with understanding these aspects of self and how they are involved with health and your ability to fully embrace life to achieve your highest potential.
