Description

Existing Customers For customers who ask for our products and services, Innovation Direct will collect information about you such as your name, contact information and delivery address. This information is necessary in order to provide our customers with services and to manage our customer relationships. At the time of collecting this information, Innovation Direct may also request information about you to assist Innovation Direct in identifying which of our current and future services may best suit your requirements.

Innovation Direct™ is a fee-for-service company. This means that our company offers a variety of marketing options for the inventions that we are able to work with, and each plan will have a one-time fee associated with it depending on what services it contains. This one-time fee is the only cost to the inventor at any point in time when working with Innovation Direct™, and is only applicable if an inventor chooses to accept our proposal for invention assistance services.

Innovation Direct may disclose personal information about existing and potential customers to third party contractors and service providers who help us operate our business or to provide you with our products and services. Innovation Direct requires these third parties and contractors to comply with the terms of this Policy and confidentiality agreements. Innovation Direct does not sell, lend or rent our own customer list so your individual information will always remain within our database.

For customers seeking our products and services, Innovation Direct uses the personal information collected to provide you with our products and services. This includes administering your account with us, customer service and providing any information that you have requested.

In our 17 years of experience in assisting inventors, Innovation Direct™ has found that an invention that at a minimum has a “Patent Pending” status will often secure more attention from manufacturers and potential licensees when marketed, since it generally demonstrates a certain level of commitment from the inventor to their product idea and can also often indicate that the concept has a certain level of development.
