Stephen Szapor, Jr.'s hallmarked career in gaming operations has given him the combination of hands-on experience and analytical ability to consistently advise clients on the most appropriate course of action. When Steve joined The Innovation Group in 2001, he already had over eighteen years of operations experience in the gaming industry, having steered a number of complex restructurings and turnarounds. Raised in Akwesasne in the northern part of New York in a community split between Canada and the United States, Ed says he has learned how Native communities can exist with many neighbors. In the past 18 months, at the request of several of our Tribal clients, IPD has formally moved into providing procurement services for our clients. Ms. Hartley was responsible for establishing this new division, and acts as its Director with a small dedicated staff working under her lead.
Tom has eight years experience in urban planning and market feasibility. Mr. Zitt was the project director for eight elements conducted for the City of New Orleans' Master Plan: Economic Development, Tourism, Historic Preservation, Environmental Quality, Community Facilities and Infrastructure, Natural Hazards, Energy, and Arts & Culture. He was responsible for all administration of the process, coordination among element directors, and content of the plan. In addition to overall project director, he also composed the plans for Economic Development and Energy.
