As co-founder of ICE’s preceding company, Coleman-Snow Consultants, Mr. Coleman successfully grew the firm from one employee to 60 in seven years. He has over 19 years of experience in design and management of major transportation projects. He received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and is currently registered as a Professional Engineer in South Carolina, Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia.
