IHA brings together the leadership of the InoMedic team and the Spaceport's seasoned professional staff to provide the many facets of the Medical and Environmental Support Contract. Dr. Leroy P. Gross, MD, MPH, FACPM-InoMedic's CEO/President and Medical Director-is IHA's Chairman of the Board (COB). As COB of the Joint Venture, Dr. Gross brings a lifelong commitment to the art and practice of aviation and space medicine. His career spans more than 45 years, first as a military aviator, second as a physician specializing in aerospace medicine, third as a designated USAF Pilot/Physician, and now as the corporate president and founder of InoMedic. He has participated in the field as a clinician, administrator, member of boards and committees and many other forums that promote the advancement of preventive medicine and aerospace medicine. IHA provides a highly trained and qualified staff of professionals with long-term intuitional knowledge and up-to-date regulatory guidance. The IHA staff can assist an employee through the many facets of local, state, and federal industrial and environmental regulatory compliance management issues; thereby supporting an employer's health and safety requirements and objectives.
