Our office leased several digital copiers from Innovative Office Systems. We were enthused with both features and price. Our representative is Mrs. Shirley Johnson. She explained all capabilities of the machine and discussed other options that re available. She has been patient with the office staff in becoming acquainted with the machine features. She checks with us regularly to make sure that we are not experiencing any problems with the machine. She responds to our calls promptly. Shirley’s customer service is the best.
