CNC MACHINIST Experience is helpful but not required, however the applicant should have appropriate vocational schooling. Will be trained on all types of machines, lathes, mills, edms, etc. Will also be trained on various other machinery and processes as required. Must be eager to learn, dependable, detail and goal oriented and have a good work ethic, as well as being able to work with little or no supervision. Will do 6-12 months of training on dayshift before moving to the swing shift position. The dayshift position is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mon-Fri. CNCMACHINE SHOPSWING SHIFT LEAD This position requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. Must be efficient in the set up CNClathes, mills, grinders, edm’s, inspection equipment, etc. with strong programming skills. Good judgement and problem solving skills are essential. Will be a working lead man running machines as well as supervising a 3-5 person crew in a high precision job shop setting. Must be able to work well with others, meet deadlines and have a good work ethic. This is a full time swing shift position M-Thurs, 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. Salary will depend on experience. Quality Inspector Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education and/or Experience): HS Diploma or equivalency required. 2-5 years of experience in an inspection role, preferably with CMM experience and demonstrated metrology skills.
