Innovative Vacuum Solutions is a full solutions provider. We specialize in the rebuild, repair, and maintenance of industrial vacuum pumps, vacuum pump equipment, and high vacuum pump technology.
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
The Work Order is reviewed by our Sales Engineer and our Service Analysis Form (SAF) is generated and sent to the customer for review. The SAF provides our customers with a detailed explanation, including the cause of failure, parts required and cost breakdown to repair the unit. This gives our customers the opportunity to ask any questions they may have and allows IVS to make any necessary recommendations to our customer. One of our Sales Engineers will follow up with a phone call to discuss the status of your equipment and gain approval for the overhaul process.
The completed pump is moved to our test station and is put through a series of industry proven tests. These tests include base pressure, ballast pressure and load testing. Turbomolecular pump testing includes a vibration analysis, speed analysis, decibel readings, and load testing. This ensures our customers receive a quality product.
Innovative Vacuum Solutions maintains three fully equipped vacuum pump rebuild centers and utilizes state of the art equipment, techniques, and training, to ensure our full range of vacuum pump rebuild services are of the highest quality.
