Description

Over the past 20 years of helping our customers improve and better their relationships with their customers, we have learned a lot about what our customers need. Whether you are a small medical clinic or a large hospital, a delivery service, a pest control business, or an automotive dealer, Inphonite knows how to help. Our friendly technical support team can help you reduce your workload, decrease appointment no-shows, and strengthen the relationships you have with your customers. Our IVR platform, InphoniteVoice , allows you to customize messages and deliver them securely via voice, email, text, or even Twitter.

This is largely up to you. We do offer trainings so you know what you're selling. We will however, be available to handle any demos, have conference calls and answer all questions as needed.

This Case Study will take a look at one large practice with multiple locations and the growth of the practice from a technology standpoint using Inphonite products over a ten year period. Anthony Fraioli, System Development Manager at ENTA was interviewed for this case study. Anthony has been with ENTA for over 12 years and is an integral part of their IT Department.

In addition to helping our customers with their Business Associate Agreements, we have been watching the news about the Heartbleed bug. We are pleased to announce that Inphonite and our customers have not been affected by this bug. Heartbleed is an issue with the open source SSL implementation (OpenSSL.) Inphonite does not use OpenSSL and is therefore not affected.

Whether you are a small family owned business or a large clinic with multiple locations, the stresses of day to day business can sometimes be overwhelming. With patients as your primary concern it is important to have optimal levels of customer service while maintaining an organized and contented staff. Inphonite can help you with both. As you know, patients reschedule frequently or sometimes forget about their appointments completely. When thatÃ? happens, a member of your staff must call them, sometimes receiving busy signals and needing to call back later -- a tedious task. Working in a medical facility is demanding enough without the added complications. You are devoted to your patients, so let us be devoted to you.
