Description

Chief Technology Officer, Clyde Prestowitz, leads all software development for the company's proprietary valuation services platform. He is responsible for product compliance, internet-based technology, database integrity and integration, and new product development. Clyde brings more than 20 years of software development and IT management experience in real estate valuation, financial services, general software applications and manufacturing to InsideValuation®. He has worked with several tech start-up companies and is one of the Founding Partners of InsideValuation®.

Ryan Walker, Chief Information Officer, brings more than 15 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of complex and highly scalable B2B SAAS applications to the InsideValuation® proprietary valuation platform. His systems development acumen is concentrated on business-to-business workflow processes, product development and web-based technology strategies; he is considered a pioneer to the web-based real estate valuation product workflow life-cycle process and architecture. Prior to co-founding InsideValuation®, Mr. Walker was Senior Technology Architect and Web Team Leader with a west coast-based valuation services provider and Director of Web Development at a leading web-based financial services company. He has also taught English and Guitar at the high school level. Ryan holds a BA in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Senior Vice President of Business Development, Brandon Melanese, is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in valuation consulting, sales and business management. He has taken all of the standard appraisal education classes from the Appraisal Institute® for the purpose of deepening his knowledge of valuation practices and to better understand his customers' needs. Prior to joining InsideValuation, Brandon held senior level positions with national valuation firms, appraisal review companies and valuation service providers.

Chief Financial Officer John A. Calhoun leads all of the finance and profitability strategies for InsideValuation®. He brings more than 40 years of experience in electronics (Intel Corp.), software, and medical device companies as well as a position with the U.S. Department of Commerce as acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Science and Electronics to the Company and the Board of Directors.
