Developed and managed the Real Estate Portfolio Services practice at Andersen – designed initially to provide services to the Resolution Trust Corporation as it sought to dispose of commercial real estate debt portfolios through bulk sales, auctions or securitizations. This group subsequently provided comparable services to the private sector as well as due diligence services to investors acquiring real estate loan and property portfolios and real estate operating companies.

Our objective for this web site is to provide you with useful information about our services and the experience of our personnel which we hope will make it easier for you to understand our capabilities and to do business with us.

In addition to decades of providing direct client services, served as Deputy Worldwide Director of the Andersen international real estate practice. Established a dedicated transactional consulting practice serving the needs of primarily real estate related industry clients, including operations with substantial real estate elements such as hospitality and long-term healthcare. Clients included real estate investors such as “Wall Street” firms and other financial institutions as well as operators.

Established a distressed and performing loan portfolio transactions practice with private sector clients providing sell side services related to pre sale diligence and preparation, sale management and, for the buy side, loan and collateral diligence, asset management and securitization.

Insight personnel have been involved in numerous real estate corporate as well as asset sales and acquisitions and other transaction related consulting, such as in connection with a financing or lease renegotiation.
