InsightAtlast, LLC was formed in February 1999 as a collaboration of two companies, but more importantly a collaboration of two successful software developers who together have over 30 years of utility industry experience. Tim Fischer, President of Insight Info, Inc., and Alan Thomsen, President of Atlast Solutions, Inc. worked together for six years at Bend, Oregon based Orcom Solutions, Inc. (now owned by Alliance Data Systems, Inc.). During that time, they supported Orcom's Classic product line, and went on to lead the development of their e-CIS package. In 1997, Fischer left Orcom and formed a consulting firm, Insight Info, Inc., which played an integral role in the successful implementation of e-CIS for Northwest Natural's Residential and Small Commercial customers. Thomsen soon followed suit with the formation of his company, Atlast Solutions, Inc. The two found themselves in frequent contact; still sharing ideas and trading expertise. InsightAtlast represents a partnership of their exceptional design, development and programming skills.
