Dave Tinney Dave Tinney has spent the last twenty years as a Performer /Director/ Choreographer/ Writer and Teacher. He has traveled the world with the Murray Lewis/Alwin Nikolais Dance Theatre, The BYU Young Ambassadors, and BYU Dancer’s Company. He has performed and/or created works for theatres including Sundance Theatre, Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts, Capitol Theatre, Kingsbury Hall, and Pioneer Theatre Company. His work has also been showcased at the National Alliance of Musical Theatre Festival, ASCAP Musical Theatre workshops with Stephen Shwartz, and Governor Leavitt’s Olympic Program “Light the Fire Within’. For six years he taught in the Musical Theatre Dept. at BYU. He currently teaches in the Theatre Arts dept. at UVSC, and serves as Artistic Director for the Provo Theatre Company. As a recording artist he can be heard on The Garden, Seminary's Greatest Songs, God Be With You, True To The Faith, Let Us Go Forth, The Whole Armor of God and Night of All Nights, and his solo debut CD He Leadeth Me for which he earned a 2002 Pearl Award for Best New Artist. E-mail Dave Michael Dowdle Born in Oklahoma, Michael began his musical journey at the age of five on the piano. A few years later he picked up the violin and began playing in school orchestras. As his love for music grew, at the age of fifteen, the guitar became his instrument of choice. He began playing in bands and almost immediately developed a reputation as a talented guitarist. Michael was featured in the "Spotlight" column in the March 1983 issue of Guitar Player Magazine. Michael began doing studio work professionally in 1980. Hehas done thousands of sessions in every style of music. Some of the notable artists Michael has worked with include; Marie Osmond, The Osmond Brothers, actor/singer John Schnieder, and The Jets. He has played on several movie scores including Born to Be Wild, The Stand, Christmas In Connecticut, The Yearling, Hart to Hart, and many others. Most of Michael's studio work is for TV, including ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX, and cable networks such as CNBC, TNT, and the USA Network. Some of his most notable work includes ABC Sports Main Theme, ABC College Football, ABC Monday Night Football, FOX Fall Campaigns, Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and many more. Michael has nine solo recordings currently available, including three critically acclaimed Smooth Jazz CD's, two Christmas projects, and four sacred/inspirational albums. Jessie Clark Funk Jessie Clark grew up in Provo, Utah where she was involved in voice lessons; dance, teaching voice and dance, and her family. She currently attends Utah Valley State College where she is a multimedia major emphasizing in sound engineering and film. Jessie spent the fall and winter of 2002/2003 on a 26 state tour of the country with the national touring company of the hit Broadway show Footloose. At fourteen she signed a recording contract with an independent affiliate label of Sony Records, located in Orlando, Florida.
