Prior to co-founding InspirationWorks, Roger was the Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of FirstLink Communications, Inc., a public company providing integrated communications services to multifamily residential developments. Earlier Roger was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Payline Systems, Inc, a telecommunications company providing long distance operator services to the hospitality and lodging industries.

Our individual coaching services provide the customization, guidance, and accountability expected in the coaching relationship. In addition there is a structure for tangible and immediate results. Our practical approach is based on our decades of experience in line positions in organizations as well as our experience in the most effective and current methods of adult learning and transformation. Our clients receive education, practice, and practical tools from each coaching session along with application of the tools to current successes and challenges.
