With over 20 years of international business experience, Dayle has served in a variety of roles including, business development, business analyst, project and program manager, principal consultant, product manager and solutions engineer while working within providers of Information Technology and telecommunications solutions such as Motorola, AFFINA, and Humanizing Technologies, management consulting solution providers such as Kurt Salmon Associates and Integrated Project Management, and educational organizations such as Thomson/NetG, Global Knowledge, PM College, RMC, Roosevelt University and Capella University. Dayle’s entrepreneurial spirit and catalyzing energy emanates from working in her families retail and mail-order business. Her hands-on experience with building a business from the ground-up aids her clients to see their unlimited potential to innovate themselves and their organizations towards excellence. She received her MBA degree from Roosevelt University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation and Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis. In her spare time, she contributes as a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
