Description

The Institute of Natural Healing Sciences School of Massage and Bodywork and Therapeutic Bodywork Clinic, founded in 1985 by Charlotte Small Applegate, began with just 2 students and one Massage Therapist. The school and clinic moved to two different locations before settling in the present site in 1988. Charlotte, who until 1988 had been the school's sole instructor and only therapist, was joined by Paul Silverman as enrollment rapidly increased to 110 students. Charlotte sold the school and bodywork clinic in 1998 to Dawne Morrow. In 2004, INHS was purchased by Ebna-Cina, Inc.
