Description

Permanency Services is a specialized foster care program that provides highly skilled foster families to children throughout the state of Connecticut. We provide three levels of care for the children we place; (TFC) Therapeutic Foster Care, (TFC-E) Therapeutic Foster Care - Enhanced, and (FCT) Family and Community Ties. The children referred to us for specialized foster care by DCF require an increased level of support as do the parents that foster them.

Our Mission Statement: The primary objective of the IPPI Lower and Upper Program is to ensure the academic and social behavioral growth of each and every student. All of our students have unique needs and every effort is made to provide a full educational program that meets those needs according to the student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Using the principles of Applied behavior Analysis (ABA), our staff work hard to understand each student’s individual strengths and weaknesses through careful assessment of academic and behavior skills.

Residential Instructor: MAHSC/MD is currently searching for Residential Instructors for various shifts. The Residential Instructor will provide direct care, support, and training to the individual served by MAHSC. Residential Instructors will comply with all the legal, ethical, and licensing regulations of the corporation, participate in the design and implementation of services as prescribed in the Individual Plan for each individual in the program and complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner. We offer competitive wages, excellent benefits and various schedules.

Residential Program Managers: We are recruiting for Residential Group Home Program Managers for our Lunenburg I and Manning Street locations. Residential Program Managers are responsible for the day to day management of one group home; coordination and implementation of programs and services provided to four adults with mental, physical and behavioral challenges; and the supervision, evaluation and training of direct care staff.
