September of 2005 will begin our seventh year at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. We have changed a great deal since the first class. The curriculum has evolved into one that challenges the mind and provokes students to find their own creativity. We have redefined and refined our mission. We have extended our community and seen the positive effects of our graduates on the community at large.
