As a student in the baking and pastry program in California, you will gain the culinary foundations to baking and patisserie including breads, cakes, specialty breads and desserts, chocolates, tarts, and torts. At Institute of Technology, we provide you with experienced instructors who will teach you the fundamental culinary skills necessary for baking and pastry creation. In addition to the culinary education you will obtain in our culinary program, you will also receive a culinary kit within the cost of the program – your tools to keep and use even after graduation.
