A forty year veteran of the auto collision repair industry, Frank Sr. began his career in his father's body shop in the Bronx. Frank is I-Car Gold Class Certified and has served as assistant I-Car District Chairman. He founded Insurance Claim Services in 1988. He has over 25 years experience in heavy equipment appraisals. Frank Sr. is currently a consultant with several major firms and is a re-inspector for several Direct Repair programs. Recognized as a leading industry expert, Frank Sr. is frequently called upon to provide expert witness testimony around the country.
