The range of experience includes claims processing, training, system analysis, auditing and management. This experience has been "hands on" in third-party administrators, insurance companies and HMOs.

Founded in 1988, Insurance Claims Auditing & Professional Services, Inc. (ICAPS) works with employers nationwide to control their benefit plan costs and to improve the administrative efficiency and effectiveness of their plans.

Diane's background includes entrepreneurial experience as founder of Collins Consulting Services, a health care and management consulting company she founded in 1986. Her consulting duties included serving as the Acting Vice President for Aetna Managed Plans service center located in Minneapolis, MN and she successfully managed a claims, billing & enrollment, customer service, COB and Customer Reporting departments totaling 400+ employees and a budget of $11M. Other consulting assignments included Acting Director of Claims Services and Project Leader for Aetna Managed Plans.
