Jim Ziegler: Commercial Lines Agent Before joining The Insurance Place, I worked for over 34 years in manufacturing in industries such as machine tool, high tech, and high fashion manufacturing. Commercial insurance clients present a variety of needs that provide an opportunity to match those needs with insurance company coverages. As a former computer programmer and systems engineer, working with high tech companies in their ever changing industry is very exciting and challenging at the same time.

There are other agencies who provide insurance, but none of them offer the service you can expect from The Insurance Place, Inc. Our mission is to help you identify your business and personal insurance needs, and then find the most cost-effective solutions available. H ISTORY The Insurance Place, Inc. was founded by Lori Schultz in 1983 as an independent insurance agency.

Paula Martinez: Customer Service Representative I was born and raised here in Colorado with my 3 brothers. I came from a large family. Now, I have a family of my own which includes my husband, 2 boys and 1 daughter, the youngest. Before coming to work for The Insurance Place in 2012 and being reintroduced to the work force, I was a stay at home parent, which is a full time job in itself. I am happy to have other adult contact with the outside world after being home for over 6 years. My time away from work is spent with my children's education and sports activities.

Lori Schultz: Owner/President (with Tex: Office Mascot) Lori is proud to say she grew up in the great state of South Dakota, specifically Mitchell - home to the world's only Corn Palace! She moved to Lincoln, Nebraska and started her insurance career in the claims department of Union Insurance. In 1975, she moved to Colorado and worked at a Lakewood insurance agency for over 7 years. Lori started The Insurance Place, Inc. on July 1, 1983! She has two daughters and then gained another daughter and son when she married Jim Ziegler. Together they now have 3 grandchildren.
