With a combined 17 years of insurance recruiting experience, they knew that service was lacking in the field of staffing. Steve and Mark set out to "raise the bar" for the industry. In 2003, IPS began to strengthen its specialty in the Catastrophe Claims market. The company expanded its business with its established insurance customers, and also started working with a broad range of additional insurance carriers across the country.
