MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in commercial lines insurance AND active CA Fire/Casualty agent license. This opportunity is temp-to-hire and pays a base of $30-40k per year + commission and is an inside sales job. Our client is looking for an individual that is commission motivated and not afraid to do want it takes to obtain the business. Leads will be provided to you from their in-house marketing team but you are encouraged to obtain leads on your own. You will be speaking with small to medium size auto repair and smog shops. This is a business to business sales position.

Rhonda Dubski is the Account Manager of the Banking & Financial Services Division of SDI Staffing. She has been working in the Staffing Industry for over 17 years. Her specialty is successfully placing banking, credit union and mortgage candidates in temporary and direct-hire positions throughout Southern California. Rhonda belongs to various professional organizations including California Staffing Professions (CSP). In 2010 Rhonda was proudly recognized as CSP’s Staffing Professional of the Year in San Diego. Prior to working in the staffing industry, Rhonda worked in banking.

Tina joined the SDI Staffing Team in June 2012. She is excited about being on the ground floor for developing and growing the Banking and Financial Services Division. She has been a Recruiter in the Staffing Industry since 2001 and her primary focus has been recruiting for the banking, credit union and mortgage industries. Prior to being a Recruiter, Tina worked in the Banking Industry for over 15 years, in branch operations and administration. She has taken various motivational classes and has attended instructional seminars for the Staffing Industry.

Tina was born in California when her father was serving our country at Camp Pendleton. She and her husband have been married for over 25 years and have three children. Her son is married and has one child. Tina enjoys spending as much time as possible with her precious granddaughter. Her teenage twin daughters are also her pride and joy. She enjoys spending time with them doing crafts, scrapbooking and just hanging out.
