Intab, Inc. was founded in Seattle, Washington by Everett S. Bosworth in June of 1971. The purpose of the company was to provide an impartial institution to tabulate votes and to establish sound electoral practices for private organizations. Clients included political parties at the state and local levels, labor unions, larger ethnic communities and other groups.
