Integra Technologies is an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of RF power transistors and amplifier modules. All products are manufactured and tested in our El Segundo facility, which includes a 6” silicon wafer fab and a separate facility dedicated to Power Amplifier assembly and testing. Our existing semiconductor technology consists of high power Bipolar and FET transistors, but we have an active interest in wide bandgap technology. At this point our primary focus is on Gallium Nitride (GaN).
