One of our clients began a new integrated disability program in 1992, and chose ICM to manage and strengthen that program in 1996. Together, we lowered disability costs by $12 million even as the company's workforce increased from 12,000 to 18,000 employees. About ICM ICM has a wide variety of services available on a national basis, both for the Property and Casualty markets and for Disability Management markets, making ICM a truly integrated benefits management company.ICM is organized into two Marketing Business Units that stand alone to better focus on our client's needs. These two units also can work together in unison to provide integrated services.
