Integrated Computer Technology, Inc. (ICT) was founded in February 1995 in Chesapeake, Virginia, and was certified in the 8(a) program later that same year by the U. S. Small Business Administration.

ICT has broad experience in all aspects of information technology including system integration andnetworking in secureenvironments. Our success starts with our highly motivated technical people who work with our clients to understand their needs, then design and develop effective solutions and effectively complete the implementation, training and necessary on-going support.

The U.S. Coast Guard is part of a team implementing the world’s largest ground-based Global Positioning System (GPS) augmentation service. The U.S. Coast Guard’s original responsibility was to provide Differential GPS coverage to all harbors and harbor approaches of the United States. As a result, the Maritime DGPS Broadcast site network was built to meet this requirement. It provided differential corrections along the Atlantic, Pacific, Gulf Coasts, the Great Lakes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the southern coast of Alaska. A later agreement with the U.S.
