With over twenty years of experience master planning and designing recreational and sporting facilities, Integrated Design is one of the leading athletic design firms in the southeast. Clients range from counties and towns to state universities and private colleges.

Ben grew the architecture firm to include engineering, landscape architecture, and interiors for over 30 years. During this time he became a leader and advocate for many community initiatives including transit, community planning, sports parks, and regional growth. Today, Ben remains at Integrated Design as senior architect and concentrates his energy on civic and sports projects.

In 2012, Hospira reached out to the local North Carolina design community and selected Integrated Design to develop concepts and working drawings for a 65,000 SF CQ Laboratory and Office building as an addition to its 1,000,000 SF production facility. The project served as a major boon to the local economy and indicated a reinvestment in Rocky Mount by Hospira.
