Will McGregor serves as President and Counsel. He received a B.A. degree in 1974 and his law degree in 1977 from the University of Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar. Previously Will served as Sr. Vice President and General Counsel for First Security Leasing Company, a bank owned equipment leasing company. He has also had extensive experience representing clients in a variety of equipment financing transactions as part owner of a consulting company.

Kevin Turpin Vice President, Technology Kevin Turpin serves as the Vice President of Technology for the Company. He has extensive experience in the technology industry, including software development, networking infrastructure, customer service, and partner relations. Previously Kevin has been a principle in two successful software startups (KeyLabs and Altiris) where he served as Chief Engineer. He holds three patents for his innovative software designs. Kevin received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.
