Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. (ILS) was founded in 1998. We began as a support brokerage company for D+S Distribution, Inc. (D+S), an asset based transportation and warehousing company. When D+S did not have the equipment to cover a load then ILS stepped in and contracted an outside carrier to move the shipment.

We know that on-time, customer oriented and trustworthy contracted carriers have made ILS successful. ILS would not be able to provide any transportation services without the carriers we use. Therefore, our carrier relationships are as important to us as our customers. We have built many mutually beneficial relationships with thousands of carriers who choose to work with ILS for many reasons.
