IMS’ corporate administration team includes Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, and other support functions. Corporate team members support the day-to-day operations of IMS, providing skills and expertise that keep the rest of the company moving forward smoothly, and ensures that each team member in every department has the resources available to deliver the best possible service to all of our customers. IMS is dedicated to providing the training and leadership development necessary to ensure the success of all employees.

Bill Phillips joined IMS in 2006 with nearly 30 years’ experience in sales and operations management. Prior to joining IMS, he served as Vice President of Sales for Tubular Products Company. Previously, he was VP Business Process Outsourcing for the Birmingham Health Care Division of Computer Sciences Corporation and served as CEO of the Phillips Brokerage Company, the largest food brokerage firm in Alabama, with three offices and more than 250 sales associates across the Southeast. As a result of a merger with Crossmark Holdings, Mr.

Lee Robinson joined IMS in 1995 with more than 20 years’ experience in sales and management. He began his career at IMS in sales support and customer service and now oversees all operations, personally supervising the Information Technology division. Mr.

In 1993, Zoltan A. Bodor founded Surgical Optics, where he was joined by his brother, Peter, within months. In 2003 Surgical Optics merged with IMS and now provides the highest level of optics, engineering, and refurbishment in a state-of-the-art facility in Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. Bodor brings to IMS an international education, success as a business entrepreneur, and extensive hands-on experience in engineering, research, and development, including fine and micro mechanics.
