How can we structure this so that the client can benefit in other ways, such as increasing productivity, saving money, cutting operating costs, lowering insurance costs or improving the schedule?” Whenever providing health and safety services to clients, iOSH looks to capitalize upon those assets that clients already have in order to work the safety into their business strategy and infrastructure. We know that by using this approach, changes can come faster and are more readily accepted. In that way, safety becomes part of the culture of the company rather than just another burdensome compliance program. And once safety is an integral part of a company’s culture, the return on investment becomes exponential. This is what integration of safety is all about, and the reason behind our name. iOSH was founded by Doug Herrick, MS, CIH, CSP in 2005 after having obtained over 20 years of broad-based experience in a variety of industries; and is a small, woman-owned business.
