Dr. Ryan Ronnebaum, B.S., D.C., is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Colorado. Dr. Ryan graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and has been treating people in the Denver area for over 2 years. He provides personalized care using a variety of techniques, including diversified adjusting, sacro occipital therapy, activator protocol, and myofascial release. Dr. Ryan has received additional training in extremity adjusting protocols and low force cranial therapies. When providing treatment, Dr. Ryanâ??s goal is to restore proper joint motion which allows the bodyâ??s nervous system to function properly. He believes that a healthy nervous system, an active lifestyle, and a good diet are vital when it comes to maintaining health. Dr. Ryan enjoys working with his clients to address a variety of conditions, including, but not limited to, migraines, sinus inflammation, knee pain, sciatica, and frozen shoulder. Aside from providing specific adjustments, he implements a variety of rehabilitative exercises to help restore proper posture and improve the overall stability of the spine.

He is a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda as well as a Faculty Member. Lance received additional training in India at Greens Ayur Hospital Gurukulam in Kozhikode, Kerala where he learned the medicinal application of Yoga postures along with Pancha Karma (Ayurvedaâ??s Detoxification Techniques) With 3000+ hours of education Lance has studied Ayurveda and Yoga therapy for over 13 years. He opened Little Elephant Ayurveda in 2011. He has been a Yoga Instructor at Vital Yoga and Kindness Yoga since 2008 and has taught Ayurveda at Yoga Teacher Trainings, Immersions as well as lead Ayurvedic Cleanses throughout the metro area. As a parent of two (ages 20 and 11) Lance discovered Ayurveda in the late 90â??s as the answer to clean living, curbing the need of pharmaceuticals and bringing balance into his family life. He found through Ayurvedic principles; which really are the principles of nature, he was able to find harmony in the ups and downs that life brings. Corporate Yoga (Price Varies) Little Elephant Ayurveda has successfully implemented Corporate Yoga programs for clients such as Xcel and Comcast, expanding across the country since 2008.

Marastella Mercer is Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist with over 12 yearsâ?? experience primarily working with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists patients, post and pre-rehab to help clients maximize their wellness potential. She understands the tolls life events can have on the body. She has personal experience being treated and treating many ailments, relieving pain symptoms at the source.
