Integrity Design & Build is a full service design and build firm specializing in custom homes, room additions, renovations, and outdoor living in the greater St. Louis area. Our goal is to build projects and relationships that embody our quality, integrity, and service. We will work closely with you from concept through completion, guiding you throughout the entire process of design, project development, selections, production, and service upon completion. While Integrity Design & Build was recently founded in 2010, Joe Lanasa and his wife Lisa have been a dynamic team for nearly 10 years.

Integrity Design & Build not only met but exceeded our expectations during the construction of our home. Joe Lanasa possesses extensive knowledge of every aspect of the building process. Joe Lanasa, President As a second generation builder Joe started his career 25 years ago as a residential laborer, then union carpenter, job site superintendent, and finally director of operations. His early experience contributed to a wealth of knowledge, gaining a thorough understanding of the building industry and the process that leads to a successful end project. As President of Integrity Design & Build Joe participates in project design and specifications.
