Integrity, Inc. was incorporated in 1982 under the ownership of W. Pat O'Connor and Robert W. Cooper. In early 2002, Kurt M. Dean and John L. Bradley assumed majority ownership. Today, these two men lead the company's experienced team in fulfilling construction related needs across the Southeastern United States.

Kimray, Inc. is a world class manufacturer of control equipment used extensively in oil and gas production in North America and around the globe. Kimray's line of products is used to control vessel and lead line temperatures, liquid levels inside pressurized vessels, pressure drops, and liquid and gas flow. Kimray manufactures its products in Oklahoma City, OK.

Mark Walker has joined the Integrity, Inc. team as Estimator / Project Coordinator. He has 30 years of construction experience working with area companies and a strong background in pre-engineered buildings. Walker is a native of the region and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM).
