INTEGRITY PARKING SYSTEMS, LLC was established in April 2001. While the company is relatively young, the management team has a combined experience base in the parking and transportation industries of more than 200 years. When the firm's managing partner, Jim LaRocco, decided to start his own company after more than 39 years of experience in the parking-related contract management and consulting business, he invited experienced associates to join him. Jim and his partner, Jack Santa, have worked together in the industry for almost three decades. Joseph J. Kitchen, Jr., a new Associate, has spent more than 39 years in the parking industry, including extensive experience working for a national parking company and a large educational institution based in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim Newell, another new Associate has been named Director of Product Sales adding another 22 years of diverse experience in product sales and marketing. Rich Mazanec, representative of Integrity's Product Sales Division, has 15 years sales and marketing experience. The fifth manager is Dori Mittinger, with more than 29 years experience in the parking industry. Because of Integrity's growth and expansion into new markets and service areas, the partners expanded their partnership to include a new dimension. In late 2005, Jay B.
